How to earn?

There are 2 type of points. You will find Pending Points in your account after completing a purchase or sending a referral to your friends. They will become Available Points, 15 business days after we ship out your order (or your friends order for referral).

How to redeem points

You can select how many points you would like to redeem on the payment method selection page during the checkout process. (Minimum 5 points per order).

Rules for using points:

You have at least 5 Available Points.
You can redeem up to 25 Available Points per order.
You can redeem up to 50 Available Points per month.

* Points cannot be used with other coupon codes.

Why did I lose my points:

Unused points will expire in 12 months. [no valid purchase in 12 months]
When you cancel an order.
When we find out you referred yourself*

* If your referred friends' shipping address is the same as yours, we will remove your point without notice
